Steps of Processing an Order

01If GROSS weight of all ordered items is set, Shipping and Order costs are paid together at once.

If all the ordered products have their GROSS weight, the Actual shipping cost is calculated automatically. Shipping cost and Order cost should be paid together at once. NO extra payments will be required later. 

  • Payment pending

    The order has been placed, however the payment has not yet been received. STEP 1

  • Payment confirmed

    We confirm the order payment (shipping cost adds to the order cost). STEP 2

  • Ship estimated

    We prepare to ship out the order (parcel), but it has not been shipped yet. STEP 3

  • Shipped

    The order (parcel) has been shipped out. There can be NO any changes in the order at this point if there are - a return request must be submitted. STEP 4

Order Gross Weight : ITEM NET WEIGHT + PACKAGING (300g)
PACKAGING 300g : The system adds extra 300 g as for package and wrapping weight.

PRE-PAID SHIPPING COST
  1. OVERALL COST = ORDER COST + PRE-PAID SHIPPING COST
  2. ORDER COST = Fee for purchasing products
  3. SHIPPING COST = Delivery Expenses (Fee)
  4. PRE-PAID SHIPPING COST = Approximate/Expected SHIPPING COST
  5. ACTUAL SHIPPING COST = Calculated SHIPPING COST by weight and tariffs
  6. SHIPPING COST REFUND = Refunded amount if PRE-PAID SHIPPING COST is higher than ACTUAL SHIPPING COST
  7. EXTRA COST = The amount to be paid if PRE-PAID SHIPPING COST is lower than ACTUAL SHIPPING COST
Interpretation of pre-paid shipping cost ▼

To save time on order manipulations and simplify payment transactions we have developed new system which allows our customers to provide order cost and shipping cost simultaneously. This OVERALL COST(A) consists of ORDER COST(B) + PRE-PAID SHIPPING COST(D). Pre-paid shipping cost is an approximate amount of SHIPPING (C) for a certain order. Pre-paid shipping cost varies, and is chosen by a customer him-(her)-self, depending on approximate (expected) weight of packed parcel (order). After a customer provides Overall Cost payment the order proceeded to packaging and ACTUAL SHIPPING COST(E) calculation stage. If the actual SHIPPING COST is lower than provided pre-paid SHIPPING COST then the order is shipped right away to customer, the difference (SHIPPING COST REFUND(F)) is refunded automatically by the system back to the customer. If the actual shipping cost is higher than provided pre-paid SHIPPING COST then the customer will be charge with extra SHIPPING COST fee (a Extra cost bill (G) will be sent to customer). Customer needs to provide the rest of the shipping cost.

Paypal refund policy of credit card payment : The refunded amount could be refunded to your credit card account instantly if the refund was provided in 1-2 days after the payment. If a refund was made later the refund amount will be deducted from customer’s credit card bill the following month. The pending period for refund return back to the credit card depends on the amount of the refund, the credit card company, and some other factors. It may take up to 30 days to reflect on the credit card statement. (Note: refund pending period could vary depending on circumstances)
