What is the status of my payment?

Your payment status will be available 24 hours after you have made a payment, by simply clicking on "My Account" link at the top-right corner of the web site, and clicking on the last order number. And you will be able to see if the status icon is READY FOR SHIPMENT or not.

* On holidays, you cannot check your payment status, so try it next business day
