1. When a customer picks up the ordered products at the customs, the customer sometimes should pay an import fee for the products according to the Domestic Import tax law. Import tax rate is supposed to be imposed to the importer according to each Nation’s standard tax law.
When a customer makes a purchase from us he/she becomes an importer, and the importer is responsible for importing of the parcel into his/her country borders. Koreadepart is not responsible for any import customs duties or tax fees.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information, when the import fee is imposed on the ordered products.
Also, any handling fee or return shipping cost imposed on the returned products should be paid by the importer. Please make note this in advance.

2. Koreadepart does not split orders to help customers avoid paying the import fees. Please place orders separately by dividing them into several orders, value of which would not exceed your domestic import limitation.

However, please note that EXW (Ex Works) is only available. We only make the goods available at our premises. All other transportation costs and risks should be considered by the buyer.

And plus, using another method instead of EMS and K-Packet corresponds to the particular cases that their inspections are much harder on EMS and registered airmail, or it is more difficult to receive the parcels fast via EMS and K-Packet.

If you don't use EMS and registered airmail, additionial personnel and time expenses occur, so we charge the shipping cost based on EMS cost.

- If you paid via credit card, the transaction can be cancelled immediately. However, period for refund may differ depending on the credit card company.
- Many credit card companies have their terms that they have the right to take few weeks to credit your account with the refunded amount.
- Even if your credit card company already charged to you, you don't have to worry about the refund. Your credit card company deducts it from next card billing amount.
(Or if you have an online account for that credit card, you might see the refunded amount already but it may be still being processed.)

Our products are shipped directly from Korea. Packaging and preparation process of your order starts from the next working day after the payment was confirmed. Tell me about payment by Credit Card.
* NO PayPal account needed 1. How to pay
: After you added a desired product to “Shipping cart”, chose a “Shipping method”, and entered address in “Destination information” you will proceed to [Step 4 Confirm order: Choose payment method] page, where you need to select a payment method for your order.
1) [Direct credit card] – payment method.
2) Apply a Coupon or pay by Points – option.
3) Click "Payment' button after you check the total payment amount – You will be automatically redirected to PayPal official website to proceed the payment. 4) There will be offered two options to you as shown on the Picture below: 1st option is to log in and provide payment under your PayPal account;
2nd option is for those customers who do not have a PayPal account; please click [Don’t have a PayPal account?] button.
(1) For Customers who have a PayPal account:
- Log in under your PayPal account entering required ID information -If entered ID information is correct, please click [Review and continue] button
- After you review all information, please click [Pay now] button.

4. Card payment failure
1)In case if wrong credit card information was entered or a system error occurred a Error massage will appear.
Click [OK] button of the error massage and enter your credit card information again. Please provide accurate credit card information.
2)Possible issues causing Credit card payment failure:
(1)Wrong Credit card number was entered
(2)Credit card does not support overseas payment transactions
(3)Your bank has extra security measures for online credit card usage.
PayPal system has advanced security to prevent e-commerce frauds; Please contact your Bank that registered your credit card and get information on security regulation for internet purchases, if the bank has extra security measures for online credit card usage. If you bank does please follow the instructions you were given by your bank. (4)No sufficient amount on your balance or over your monthly limit.
Another issue why your direct credit card payment did go through is that there is no sufficient amount on your credit card balance or you over your monthly limit. So please check your credit card balance.
(5)If browser widow was closed before result page opened.
In general cases a credit card is invalid due to expired date or wrong credit card number, so please double check that information.
